Spigot and Rank System, Staff Utilities

Title says all which spigot is the best for potpvp servers? I own minespigot(gereric), spigotx , aspigot

And also i need rank system and staff core

use spigotx if u have a high spec server
use minespigot if u have a low spec server

Use Brou's core for the rank system + staff core its cheap and its very configurable

The best of those 3 would definitely be Minespigot from what I've seen.
