Spigot Combat/Hit code

Please don't ask me the reasoning as to why I need this but.

Basically, you know in Minecraft PvP the sounds of when you hit someone? (Not the sounds of damage being taken, but the ones from damage being dealt).

If I use a 1.7.10 spigot that uses the API version 1.12.2-R.01 API - where would I find the code of the process that makes it so you hear those sounds when you hit someone?

If someone could tell me where exactly they're located or send me the code in a pastebin that'd be nice
