You can always run a plugin called: ClearLagg. It will remove them all at selected intervals, and you can specify what it removes (paintings, boats, arrows, mobs, items and so on). Let me know if you need me to config it for you.

Orders/Services:
By ordering from “Gweechin” you automatically agree to the following terms:

Client is not allowed to chargeback from “Gweechin” for any reason. If client chargebacks, “Gweechin” is allowed to publish product(s)’s source(s) and the product(s) it/themselves and will open a scam report on “http://www.mc-market.org”.
“Gweechin” is allowed to deny any order without specifying a reason. “Gweechin” is also allowed to cancel any order for any reason. Any payments made on a cancelled order will be refunded.
Once a client has received the product(s) he/she has ordered, “Gweechin” is no longer responsible for any loss/steal, etc. You may not blame “Gweechin” for any loss/steal, etc.
Client must pay %50 down payment before “Gweechin” starts working on client’s order.
If less than %50 of the product is done and client cancels the order, no refunds will be made. If %50 or more of the product is done and client cancels the order, no refunds will be made, and client will be charged an extra payment according to the work that has been done.
Client is not allowed to re-sell anything ordered from “Gweechin”. Client is also not allowed to claim to be the creator of a product that has been ordered from “Gweechin”. “Gweechin” will take serious steps on actions like this.
“Gweechin” is allowed to use the product as a portfolio or as ‘previous works’ without asking for a permission from the client.
On some of the products, ‘Programmed by [Programmer] /all rights reserved to Gweechin’ may be located at the bottom of the product. ‘Programmed by [Programmer] /all rights reserved to Gweechin’ is not allowed to be removed/hidden. “Gweechin” will take serious steps on an action like this.
Once the work has been done, the client must pay at that day.
The client receives the finished program or config. file only.

Vouch and Reputation copy:
Vouch and Reputation copy definition:
Client receives a free product from ‘Gweechin’ and in order for that, client gives ‘Gweechin’ a vouch and reputation.

By taking a vouch and reputation copy from “Gweechin” you automatically agree to the following terms:

Client is not allowed to re-sell anything received from “Gweechin”.
On every vouch and reputation copy, ‘Programmed by [Programmer] /all rights reserved to Gweechin’ will be located at the bottom of the product. ‘Programmed by [Programmer] /all rights reserved to Gweechin’ is not allowed to be removed / hidden. “Gweechin” may take serious steps on an actions like this.
Vouch and Reputation must be given on the moment client receives the product.
If client has received his product and is not eligible for giving a vouch and reputation for whatsoever reasons, client must pay for the product. Products’ prices are located on “Gweechin” service thread. If client won’t pay, a scam report will be made on “http://www.mc-market.org/”.
“Gweechin” is allowed to deny any vouch and reputation copy request without specifying a reason.
If client removes a vouch and/or reputation, client must pay for the product. Products’ prices are located on “Gweechin” service thread. If client won't pay, a scam report will be made on “mcmarket.org”.
“Gweechin” is allowed to use the product as a portfolio or as ‘previous works’ without asking for a permission from the client.
Client is not allowed to claim to be the creator of the product / work. Client must tell for those who ask, the creator’s name. If client fails to do so, “Gweechin” is allowed to publish product(s)’s source(s) and the product(s) it/themselves.

isn't this just turning up the Ticks per mob up in your bukkit.yml?
