Hey there! I'm looking for someone experienced with plugin development that might be interested in helping me learn, as quick as possible. I'd prefer if the first lesson is free so I can see if you are truly experienced, but I can pay decently for lessons after that!

Use the Oracle Java wiki + StackOverflow/Spigot + Google and then top it off with hours of grinding per day and you'll achieve all of that + more then lessons can offer you in a year or two.
