Spigot for practice server

I need a Spigot with the following:

• /knockback
• Decent hit detection
• Relog glitch fixed
• Configurable potion speed
• Entity hider (if player a can't see player b then they shouldn't be able to see particles, potions, etc given off by that player)
• Able to hold decent amount of players at high TPS

Doesn't have to be custom made.

nSpigot is the best solution, it's $100 for the regular version and $200 for the Enterprise version. You can argue all you want, go test all the spigots, nSpigot will still perform the best.
