Spigot for PvP

Im looking for a spigot(custom of not) with the following features. It can be either a tacospigot fork or not.

Version: 1.8.9

If I do purchase exclusively I would require 100% rights to it but not for the purpose to sell it.

/kB command- PvP based server need to have an accurate kB command and for it to be smooth and consistent like pvp dot land. Needs to be highly calculated.


Good hit detection and non laggy hits need to work well with kB

TCPNodelay Enabled

Faster but not Instant potions (can edit myself with in game command if possible)


Preformace improvements to hold 100s of players in a practice based


Basically need it to be smooth for pvp while be efficient and able to hold a large sum of players

Budget: $250(Can easily go up if needed)

If you're giving this guy a spigot, give him a GOOD one, if you're not a competent developer, you can flock right away - this guy's planning on making some big things and has a huge budget.
