Spigot fork for Prison

Hello mc market community,

I would like your suggestions for a spigot fork for a prison server.

What I need:
- Optimized block break
- Optimized explosions (for the custom enchants)
- Optimized pvp(optional)
- Can handle more than 100 players with 20tps(CPU i7 9700k with up to 16gb ram)
- Server version 1.8.8

So I havent found anything here thats why I am asking.

Also do note that paperspigot works well but it would be a nice to have a custom spigot fork.

Not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for, but StellarSpigot by Beer is a good shout if you want amazing optimisations.
