Spigot Plugin Development For Cheap/Free

Looking to help out any server with plugin development. Depending on scope of the plugin, can either do a simple one for free to prove my skills, or willing to do all the work prior to payment for a more complex idea.

Have about 1 year of plugin development experience with 3+ years of general Java experience. Also experienced with Github/SQL
