Spigot plugin development

Hello! I'll be needing a plugin built soon but I'm sourcing someone to do the work now. Details are below.

- Plugin will communicate with a JSON Rest API.
- Plugin will include GUIs built from the JSON Rest API.
- Plugin must support multiple spigot/bukkit versions.
- Plugin will need to store data in a local file.

Please note I'm looking for someone who:
- Can write clean code.
- Has past projects.
- Is available to do future work on the plugin should the need arise.
- Will share the source code with me.
