What are my terms and services?
#1 - You may not resell/redistribute my work without my, the sellers, permission.
#2 - You are not allowed to chargeback/refund any of the money (if so, PayPal will be contacted).
#3 - If you evade any of these terms, I, the seller, can use this terrain in any way I desire.
#4 - Once you purchase the map, you have 7 days to contact me about any bugs/glitches.

How will this work?
- We will discuss the details via Skype.
- After we discuss the details you will pay 50% upfront payment.
- I will finish the terrain and show you it, from there you can ask me to fix any errors.
- Once I fix the errors, I will send the map over via MediaFire.
- You will pay the other 50% payment.
