/spin plugin.

Hello. Before I go on about this plugin I want to ask that if you know of a free plugin that does what I'm about to explain please let me know.

Ok, so I am looking for a plugin that has the command /spin. When you use this command a chest or something will open up in your face (I think its called a GUI) and there will be an item in the middle that changes extremely quickly through random items, some rare and some less rare and then you would have to click and get pretty lucky to get a good item. So basically the one item keeps changing and the one you click is what you get. This should have a 24 hour cool down.

I don't think it should cost much. I'm willing to pay up to $5. Although, if someone could make this for free real quick I would be grateful!

EDIT: I have made the plugin, ready to sell.

It is also configurable, you can choose what items it will scroll through.
