Introduction

Hey my name is Impast, and I'm the founder of an upcoming build team called Spire.
We're currently recruiting a whole bunch of positions to help us out along the long,
anticipated journey.
We will be focusing on projects group by group, the more effort you put in the
higher you go up in the "Spire Build Team Hierarchy".
If you're interested in joining read on.

How you will be payed

All transactions will be done through paypal. If you do not have one, I strongly suggest
making one. When a project is finished, 80% of the funds we make from it will be split
amongst the builders that have built it. And the remaining 20% will be used to fund the
build team itself.

Positions

Builder (Will help out in any field, not sticking to anything in particular)

Terraformer (Will mainly focus on terraforming and might help out somewhere else occasionally)

Structuralist (Will mainly focus on structures but might pop into a different bit a sometimes)

Manager (Will manage the team by looking for projects, managing sales and supervising
the team.)

Application Process

Accepted - You are accepted for a trial-build, if you pass you become a full part of the team.

Denied - You are not accepted, re-apply.

Interview - You are awaiting a skype interview.

Why do you want to join the build team?: I am looking for something to do along with more building. Generally had positive BT experiences so giving this a try
Extra Information: I can't always get onto group calls, as I have a pretty hectic schedule, but if I get/set a deadline, the build will be done before that time. But, if you have questions, hit me up on skype, and I would love to personally show you builds or do a trial.

Are you on another build team or staff role (Yes/No): No, building team no. I'm youtuber in 3 and Designer in 2.
Why do you want to join the build team?: Because I think this could be good, it will be my first "Building Team"
Extra Information: I can make maps almost all day, but I'm also designer, so I have to organize my time. That means that if we get a job, it will be good to tell me anticipated.

Age: I'm currently 18 years of age and will be turning 19 in late November.

Portfolio (Or just screen shots of builds you have done): Currently most of my builds that I have been working on are classified as they are on servers/networks that are yet to be released or in closed beta. Specialty: Currently my specialty in building is Managing and using World Edit. I am a good manager because I can find jobs for the Team as well as make sure that all Builders and Builds are up to our standards, as in quality and making deadlines. I am also good at making successful and attractive recruitment posts that will be able to recruit any staff that we may need along the way.

Years Building: I currently have about 3 and a half years of building under my belt and am looking to continue this with you guys. Hopefully getting another few, can't wait to talk to you guys and help you out with whatever you need.

Scale of 1-10 knowledge of World Edit: At the moment my knowledge of World Edit is about an 8 and a half. However, I am able to learn quickly and efficiently with whatever you may need me to do. I prefer to learn visually and by doing, therefore watching some sort of tutorial or someone else doing it while I am testing it out on a test server.

Previous Build Teams: I am currently the Manager of the Build Team for Project Budder. They are currently going through a closed Beta and coming into Alpha soon. This is why I am currently not able to show you the profile of my Builds. I have also been in other minor positions in Build Teams however, only for short periods of time.

Are you on another build team or staff role (Yes/No): Yes, however, I believe that this will not be cause any set backs or cause me to be off task. I will still be active for this Build Team and this Team will be my ut-most priority.

Why do you want to join the build team?: I want to join a Build Team because I feel like my current job is slowing and not really getting anywhere, I want to join a Build Team that is active, fun, happy and joyous all of the time while still being professional and Building well. I believe that by applying here this is what I am getting into and I can't wait to start!
