Splash page/ portal page

Hello, I am currently looking for someone to make me a CSS splash page.

What I would like is just the outline ( without the images) so I can just upload my images to my website and put the URLS to the images and URLS to the pages in the CSS

Main Logo: I would like the main logo on the top middle page.

Under the main logo I need the following linked buttons

Forums
Donor shop
Staff list
Wiki
Home
Events

And at the bottom of the page I need a Copyright statement

Note: the website is on Enjin
