SplashCraft Staff Recruitment
SplashCraft is a new Towny/Survival RPG Server looking to build an amazing community and create an experience for both premium and free users to have an amazing time playing the game. To this point I have started the server to the best of my ability and am now looking for some help in building a community and adding features to the server. The two positions I am looking for people to fill goes as follows:
Admin
- At least 15 years old with strong interpersonal skills (exceptions are rare but happen)
- Creative with good vision, constantly looking to improve upon existing features and ideas
- Professional, works well with a staff team and I to get stuff done efficiently
- Dedicated, it is essential that this person cares about the server and puts extra regard into it's successes or failures
Helper
- At least 13 years old with good communication skills and a working microphone
- Willing to help others and dedicated to playing and getting to know the server
- Knowledgeable about Towny and Minecraft in general
While both of these positions are voluntary, there is potential for payment in the Admin Role based upon server income down the line (unfortunately I have no further information to elaborate on at this time regarding financial compensation) and potential for upward mobility for helpers (Mod, Senior Mod, Admin) in the future.
