Sponge API 7.0.0 Administration Plugin

Hi, I am looking for an administration plugins that can do the following things for;
Sponge forge api 7
Minecraft 1.12
Modded servers

Ban/Tempban Mute/Tempmute and warn

Bans and mutes sync to a sql database, support to change the address, port, username and password.

Warn and sync it across servers if possible..

Plugin must be able to update the database and check for new entries,

Simple command intergration e.g. checkmute, checkwarn, unban etc

Permissions for each command (luckperms compatable)

Optional depending on price
Hook into a website to read the ban list (apache webserver run on a linux backend is what is used to host the servers)
