Hello, my name is TacticalTickler and I am currently the owner of a huge WIP. The general idea is an MMO RPG and I am in need of developers who are skilled in Sponge.
More on the server and team:
-There are already devs who work with the server, and two lead devs so you would be recieving the work and orders from them
-We have a list of plugins needed already, getting these plugins done will result to more work from other branches (see next line for branches)
-We have different branches of work; examples being: Development, Artists, Builders and Quest Designers
-Each branch may need some work from the devs, that being said you would receive the request and get it approved by a lead dev to move onto work
-The team is fairly large atm, and if you join believing you may have others who can assist then feel free to let me know
Rates:
-Rates will depend on the developer and what they ask for each plugin on our list
-Expect negotiation at times, I am fairly open and try to remain fair
Things to be expected:
-We expect you, if accepted for the job, to complete the work in a timely matter, especially if you are being paid
-We expect you to work with the other developers and communicate among each other
-The source of the plugins you make will be put in a Git so other devs will have access as well, so expect the source for anything you make for the server to be shared with other developers
