Looking for someone knowledgable in Sponge Plugin development who can make me a team plugin similar to the way house points work on Harry Potter.

What I need the plugin to do :
- Work with Pixelmon on MC 1.12.2
- Team prefixes or suffixes.
- Have a a config file where I can set teams / team names / team prefixes.
- Have the ability to set team leaders with a command in game.
- Have a command that players can use that sends an inquiry to the team leader, asking if the player can join their team.
- Have commands to add / subtract points from teams.
- Have the team points shown either on a scoreboard, or on signs that I can display.
- Have a command to view all team points at once.

I'm looking for a quote so please get back to me on this.
