You don't value the ads good enough for your own host, that you don't advertise it on the server?
I don't think there are many hosts which will sponsor this. From my own experience, advertising on servers generates little to no clients.

That didn't really make a lot of sense to me.
Let me simplify it for you.
1 -
You own a host, yet are seek a sponsorship from another host.
I realize you are seeking a CPU your host may not offer. Its still odd as a host you seek free hosting from others.
If you thought running ads on your server would gain a host clients, you would be advertising your own host, that's only logical.

Not many people here are going to offer free services other than to content creators.
From my personal experience, server advertisements rarely work.
