Sponsorship for a big event!

Hello .

I'm a university student right now me and university mates are planning to conduct the world's first Minecraft based MUN . MUN is an acronym for model united nations in simple terms its basically the simulation of united nations. In a MUN each student is designated a country and he or she takes part in a committee of choice and each committee having agenda. In the committee the delegate has to speak about the country, about the topic, defend his country etc and he speaks everything on the behalf of his country. (everything is in relation to real life topics and issues and the delegates have to follow a formal procedure like the real diplomats do)

Usually the MUN's take place in an auditorium . Because of the current world situation its not really possible hence why we came up with this unique idea of a Minecraft based MUN and it has never been done before. We are in need of some help , just wondering if its possible for any hosting coming to sponsor us with the the server for just 2 DAYS

Details about the the event and server :
-Event will take place on the 10th of july. 1st session on the 10th , 2nd session on the
11th. ( we'll just need it hosted for 2 days)
-Server Version : 1.8
-Players : 100 - 150
-Plugins : 10
