You offer percentage of donations, 2 problems here for us hosts.

1) What if you get no proceeds from your server? The host, also, ends up with no money. A lot of upcoming servers offer us hosts money and don't work out.
2) When you make enough where the 20% is bigger than the cost of the server, you just move away for another host and the host here is, again, in a loss. Any host would want you to contract with them for a reasonable period if you were offering a % deal.
