idk have seen the same domains on spotify upgraders for 1-2 years without problems u have to be really unlucky to get a complain and they probably will just ask u to transfer the domain not sue u

If someone is selling Spotify services on it, yes. I have known 2 domains that have gotten legal notices from Spotify to take it down as it the site was affiliating with Spotify's brand.
