Spounge

Please could you make a plugin so when you place spounge in a ocean it will not turn into wet spounge and so it is kinda of denying wet spounge. When you place the spounge please make it so the water/lava it makes dissaperea can't come in that area, if they do they will dissaper! Thank you! So when I spounge becomes wet spounge it turns back into spounge! thanks again
