Information about the owners:
Sephiroz:
Hello, MCMarket users, I am Tim and you can find me in game under the name Sephiroz / Vibraphone. I'm currently 15 years old and I live in the Netherlands. I put a lot of time in my network and want to make it as good as possible to give players a unique PvP experience. I’m happy to see the many hyped reactions about my network and I will work till I can give all players the unique experience. I have over 4 years of experience with Minecraft and around 2 years with managing staff teams and leading them.
Etheldrion:
Hello MCM, I'm Etheldrion and you can find me in game under the name Etheldrion / Earnable. I'm currently 17 and also live in the Netherlands. I own Spunky a couple of month`s and I really like the community and of course my other owner, Tim. I'm so happy to see many players who want to be a part of our network and I hope I can give them all a chance. I have over 3 years experience with Minecraft communities and over 12 months of experience leading staff teams and managing servers. I hope I can welcome many new staff members in our team and build a great community together,
- What is Spunky?
Officially Spunky was a Dutch KitPVP / Factions based network created by Sephiroz and Survivedo. After we had a good launch with around 400 players, we decided to stop with the KitPvP / Factions server and make it bigger. We started with HCF and KitMap. Shortly after, the old owner (Survivedo) left the team as an Owner, he decided to join the team as a helper because he didn’t have enough time to own the network. That’s where Etheldrion (Tobias) joined as an owner. They had in mind to make Spunky a well-known server in the community.
- Why did we close?
We closed our doors around 5 days after the launch with over 900+ unique logins. The reason why we closed was because of the massive amount of people that joined, what we and our server couldn’t handle. We had never expected such a huge amount of players because we were officially a Dutch-based server. Because of this accident, we are very aware of the fact that it’s very important to not underestimate the amount of players.
- Our business:
Spunky Network is an official company registered with the Kamer van Koophandel (Chamber of Commerce). Due to our registration, we’re also going to pay taxes, although we are able to accept mostly every payment method, and we are also able to create official contracts and to place copyright.

Information about the owner position.
Why could we use another owner? Well, we can always use an extra pair of eyes on the server. We are searching for a US owner, this is due to the fact that both of the owners are Dutch, so in the CEST timezone. This means we can’t keep an eye on the server after around 7:00 PM EST. This is why we seek for a US owner. The owner role will be a slightly stressful one as you may have experienced.
What we expect from you:
- You need to be able to invest at least $300,- (advertisement use mostly).
- You need to have at least experience with 1 / 2 other network(s).
- You need to have at least 8 hours time a week and around 32 a month, to contribute.
- You need to have experience with leading a team and doing financial investments.
- You need to stay positive at negative times and be able to hype people for the network.
- You need to have contact with developers/artist`s or you so happen to be one yourself.
- You need to have a good quality microphone and a working Teamspeak / discord.
- You need to be at least 16 years of age.
- You need to live in the US.
What we can provide you:
- 2 Postive owners that put a lot of time in what they’re doing
- 2 other owners with a lot of experience in what they do.
- You get a fair amount of the server donations.
- You are able to create projects and lead the staff team.
- You are able to make choices by yourself and figure things out.
- You are a big part of a great growing community.
- Working together with 2 very active owners.
- You are part of the lead

Why could we use developers? Developers are really important to keep the network updated and give players a unique PvP experience. As a developer you have a moth "Trial" period, at the trial period we will test you on your knowledge and to give you a role that fits your skills. You won't be paid during the trial period.
What we expect from you:
- We need you to be already familiar with Minecraft.
- You need to be at least 16 years of age.
- You need to be proficient in PHP
- You need to have a professional attitude.
- 2+ years experience with Java
- Deep understanding of Craftbukkit/Spigot/SpigotAPI/MYSQL
- True knowledge of the Potpvp community
- Creative and fun ideas to keep the server updated
- Able to work 30 + hours a month
What we can provide you:
- A chance to work on the Spunky Minecraft network with a highly motivated team.
- Opportunities to learn and grow.
- Ability to work out your creative idea`s
- 2 really experienced owners who are happy to work with you.

What we expect from you:

The helper position is a good way to check what you think about the network and if you want to stay with us. The helper positions are voluntary.

- You need to have at least experience with 2 other PotPvP networks.
- You need to have knowledge of social media platforms like Discord and Slack.
- You need to be able to take responsibility.
- You need to have a good quality microphone and a working Teamspeak / discord.
- You need to be at least 14,5 years of age.
- You need to be at least 10 hours a week online.
