Hello. I'm the owner of SquidStudios. We're currently really small team of smart, hard working people. This team is focused on creating free plugins for the community. And we want to expand and revive & make a bigger community. Currently we've got ~100 people at our discord.

We're looking for funny, not toxic, creative people, community driven people to join our team.
We need creativity for things we do, fun is always needed as without it, it's eerie atmosphere. And non toxicity is always needed to show that we're professionals.
The developer is required: To make community ideas come true, be professional, active, community driven.

For the developers, currently it's not paid. But we're thinking of ways...
Also thinking of integrating Commissions system, as community seems to want that.

Our first plan is to get our name to the spigot community with the developers, it's not like working for us for free, it's working for the community. As they "own" the plugin, they maintain it, etc. If they leave, we don't have any problems letting them the plugin.

Currently we've got 3 including me. Tho I don't really see a motivation from their side.

Money motivates, you don't necessarily need to start with offering free work. Premiums will do just as fine as long as it's quality work.

Thanks, we do know. But we're thinking of monetize our team. And maybe let community decide if they want to keep us.
