Sr.admin (Don't need to be payed) 100+ hour expirance with staff

Hey I am pugs
I am an sr.admin on a server called witherderp and the server is not getting any were so I am look for a new server as it says in the title I have been staff for over 100 hours on that server and it has got NO WERE so I am looking for a new start!

Okay so you're one of those staff who wants to staff on a server that's making progress, but when people are relying on you to help out and dedicate your time to grow the playerbase, you resign.

When server owners and managers look at this and they see the word "payed" in the title, I would think they turn away. I believe you should go more in dept into your past staffing experience and go over this post and correct some of it's areas.

This is coming from someone who has been staff on ViperHCF (recently died after a year and a half) since October 3rd of 2016 (Got the Admin. role on June 18th of this year). Also a Sr. Admin on Skyclash since its opening on July 8th of this year.

You should also check your punctuation and grammar bud, that's very important for you when looking for a server to help because you'll be using your keyboard 100% off the time to assist the community.
