SSG Theme developed

I need a static site generated theme developed, preferably using Hugo, but I can settle for Jekyll. The design will be pretty minimal, ranging from cards to blog pages. This must be for static site generators, I can not accept work for a quick one time site design.

Hey, would NextJS work for your needs? Is there a particular reason Hugo/Jekyll are needed if the final product is SSGed?

I'd be fine with other frameworks, I just preferred Hugo as it's familiar and easy to work with. Or if you prefer Gatsby I'm cool with that as well.
