SSL Certificate, please add this.

I've seen other threads on this, and it was denied because it costs money.
Thing is, cloudflare provides a free ssl in their Security tab.

Why SSL?
It's secure. It encrypts logins and data transmitted between the user and server.

What about external images using HTTP?
Xenforo has an image proxy built right into it, find it:
Settings > Options > Messages > Image and Link Proxy

Please, please add this. It's so simple and gives extra security.

This whole Ad revenue loss excuse is just plain stupid. Between the ads that are powered by mcm are more than enough to keep this site fully functional without issue. If it is a matter of just wanting to keep all the money replace the google ad with another MCM ad.

Just counting up current MCM advertisements at the moment and multiplying that for a month (I understand there are some inconsistencies with that and have somewhat accounted for it), the site's revenue is in excess of around 2500 USD+ per month. I understand that it does have its costs but a $300 loss or something similar would not be substantial. Bare in mind that this is without rank upgrades and any Google based ads.

Don't tell us it's a factor of a loss in revenue. Most of us are aware this site makes a substantial amount, more than enough to keep it running on a monthly basis. This is also evident in Mick's charity donations (I am aware this is for a good cause, I am also not knocking it but it is evident).

As many of people have mentioned in this thread, I would like to reinerate that the only loss would be from a Google Ad that you can make more money with a MCM ad probably. The SSL itself can be free.
