planning on making a mc server. not to sure yet. purchasing the domain anyway. is PositiveSSL worth getting it will make my site look more proffesional and make it more secure if people donate. would people recommend me getting or not?

Yes, most definitely as you will most likely be running forum software which will need users to input personal data and passwords. Not here to advertise or anything but if you go with a website hosting plan from any provider (such as https://optnode.com ;)), the provider should be able to set you up with a free certificate for your domain.

Not here to advertise or anything but if you go with a website hosting plan from any provider (such as https://optnode.com ;)), the provider should be able to set you up with a free certificate for your domain.

Yeah, maybe but it was a valid reason to do so, since we do provider free SSL certificates. Also gave a suggestion why it's a good idea to use SSL. :p
