Stable server files + buycraft

Currently am interested in taking over mostly servers for their files and buycraft. I do not and will not care about their playerbase.
Must have:

• Optimized to an extent where my buds could bot 500 players without lag. If you are still using poorly made spigot plugins, your server is not suited for this. Do a bit more research.
• Entirely configured by yourself. All configs must be entirely exclusive.
• Does not rely on a premium core. Only addons should be premium.
• Has cool stuff
• Bug free
