I have a large passion for staff and community management for large
communities. Though I am no longer in the hold of Minecraft, or even an account,
I am offering my management services for your staff team, forums community, and other platforms. • I am currently only looking for larger communities, although we may negotiate through Skype, or Private Messages.

Reasoning:
I am only now offering my services, because I have lots of time in my hands,
I work part-time at the Airport, and besides my life outside of the media, I have lots of spare time now. I am making a living off of my two jobs, and I own a business. It may seem as if that is very time-consuming, but trust me, it's not.
Roles:
• Staff Management:
I am very experienced in staff management, on many platforms.
From Minecraft, to businesses I believe I am high-skilled in staff managing.
With this role I am responsible for many things, such as:
- Recruiting the right staff.
With this role, I spend hours reviewing applications, and getting the right staff for the team. I know what it takes to be a good helper, or moderator (whatever staff-set you use). This ties to Interviews, or more of a series of questions to see if their question answers are at least legitimate. Interviewing is a small part of the Staff Recruitment series, I have a great platform that helps me with all this.
With this role, of staff management I will look upon the current staff team, first get to know the team, see how they work things out and really how the server spreads things out for the team. I will create and negotiate new strategies for the staff which will bring upon new opportunities for the staff team, and improve how they work and make time for the fun parts of being a staff member. If it comes to what platform we use, we may switch to a new communication platform as well. Managing the staff team will bring out the best in them, and make the team a more sophisticated group, which is better for the server, and better for the community.
Major part of the Staff Management role are promotions and demotions, I will spend a lot of my time reviewing the staff team, watching the pros and the cons of each staff member, and every (certain date) depending on owners liking, I will have a small set of promotions and demotions. I do not like giving out demotions very much, however if a staff member is not fit for the team and can not improve and is just a drag down I will do whatever I can to have the staff member improve before he is demoted. We will have a small set of "training" for the staff team, a little strategy I have with many documents. With this, I will also be making many new documents and threads helping out the community and staff team as one.
• Community Management
Community Managing is also a big one, and a large role for the community and
players within the community. There are many roles and tasks for such a role, however I will not be an in-game community manager or administrator, I will be a forum, and other platform community manager, however I will still be managing the in-game community through forums and the staff team.
- Announcements / Updates
I will be responsible for making announcements and updates for the community, and bring it up to the staff team before anyone knows. I will make weekly or time period threads on new things that have been implemented to the server or forums, along with weekly or time period updates on staff.
A main part of my job will be to manage forums, manage how the staff team is doing on forums (Reports), I will be in charge of forum reports, staff reports, all forum problems & concerns, and many more.
The Administrators and I would be in-charge of Events, as I will most likely not be installing minecraft again, so I will give ideas and complete ideas, and making sure everything will go the way it's meant to be. We will most likely implement new features to the server, and server forums such as monthly events. I will provide the rewards, and everything that comes with it.
Payment & Hours
Payment can be negotiated through Skype or Private Message.
- If hired, I will be able to work 4-8 hours daily which I will mention when you contact me.
