Requested Staff Position:Administrator
Previous Staff Experience: I have been staff on a server and I had a Moderator position on Play.ArchBond.com, a 30 slot public server Found by ItzMantice. It was successful and had a lot of players per day, but I didn't like the way most of the staff members wasn't coming on the server and being active. (Mostly the Head-Mod wasn't active because he has other positions on other servers so he doesn't want to take part in his role on this server and having me and 3 other moderators wondering why he wasn't coming on the server until we found out that he was staff on 3 other servers) and I didn't like the fact that the chose the worst staff members possible, almost of all of them corrupt. I was also a Helper on HardCraft.serv.gs, a small 15 slot which usually had 9 users on avg. and 1-8 staff on at one time. It was a fun community but was shut down do to lake of time and lack of good staff.(most of them were leaving because they wanted to become staff on a bigger server and they couldn't picture the server growing)But i was there helping out him and building things for him and he changed the server ip and got new staff and didn't tell me nothing Although i was helping him a Lot on the server
How much time can you spend moderating: I can spend 1 hour to 4 hours moderating on the server But school won't affect it because when i get home i do my homework then i will come on but if i can't make it i will message the head Staff and tell him i wont make it on today But will be one tomorrow
Why should we pick you over other applicants:I love the mine craft community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes/Try hard sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team.
Also here is some information about me:Hi my name is Shaheem Hoyte i am 14 years old i was raised and born in Barbados a small island on the Caribbean i was born in the queen Elizabeth hospital.My mom left when i was 3 years old and was living in New York City at the time,when i get about 7 years old i would call her on the phone everyday because i missed her and loved her she was my #1 person in the world,One day My mom called and told my grandma that shes coming to Barbados to see me but i over heard the conversation and i was excited and happy to see my mom,I went to St.Bernards primary school/Elementary school.Me and my friends from St.Bernards primary school hangout all the time and always get attention from the girls and other kids in the school.After primary school we went secondary school/High school we went different schools but that didn't stop us from hanging out because after school we would go and meet up somewhere and eat/go do something fun everyday/every evening .One day my mom called i was 14 years now and she called and said that she will be taking me to Florida with her to live and i started to freak out because i always wanted to go there and live with her,I had to get medicals do before i could go it took months before i could go and my friends didn't want me to leave because they would miss me and i told them when we get older we all can meet up together.
Its not all about me but its something i don't want to add all of it and make you/the person reading this get bored and stop so i will end it here.

[DOUBLEPOST=1507381370][/DOUBLEPOST]yea then some the staff leave then more people join like 5-7 join and its only left with like 4 staff and 10 players on at the time cause alot of them hacked so we couldn't handle it with so many hackers cause usually we bring them in discord/teamspeak for SS so we needed more help so we called more staff
