Management will be paid depending on how the server does and the work you do.

I recommend putting that in your post. More people will apply. MCM is full of managers who only want money, so if you want more applicants I’d recommend adding it

Hey dude, Yeah I get how you're confused, the pay would really be depending on how well they work etc.. regarding the investment, if the Managers do invest, they'd be paid until they get their money back and they would receive their usual pay.
