Helper:
The role of a "Helper" is to help with minor issues and help Mods and Admins with chat.
Mod:
The role of a "Mod" is to help with bigger issues and to also Helpers with chat. They are also expected to help higher rank staff with hackers and rule-breakers.
Admin:
The role of an "Admin" is to resolve big issues and also catch and ban hackers. Admins are expected to help Lower and Higher level staff with bugs, commands (for lower level), and to help lower-level staff with lengths of punishments and their role of server Staff.
