Tricks4Days here I am presenting a forum about staff opening on RookieCraft! Our server is currently under development and we are in the building/construction phases currently. Please note that our staff team is currently "Volunteered" meaning no payment. Also, we have an incomplete staff team because of us being a new server. Below is all the lists of what we need and required information to become staff.

Yes, this is the word everyone wants to hear! If you would like to apply for staff on our wonderful server you may visit the forums and view the "Staff Applications" category and then apply for there.
Maturity: It is required that you are mature enough to handle the position. Maturity is the main key to a successful application and thus being required when applying.
Maturity: Being rejected on your maturity is usually caused by immaturity being seen from you. As a mature player, we expect you to be trying your best to keep a positive attitude in the community as well as not breaking the set rules and causing arguments/fights in the community.
Details are Important!: In applications information is critical. If you are serious about being staff don't hold anything back. Include information that will help players/staff feel as if they know who you are a lot better after reading your application. Do not make a staff application saying "I know I won't get chosen", "You probably won't choose me". Rather than telling us we won't chose you, tell us why we should! Tell us why you would make a better pick than anyone else.
Appealing Application: Do not make your application something that we don't want our staff team to read. If you want your best chance at becoming a staff member include all the "juicy" details and qualities that make you, YOU! It helps us make a better judgement about you and your ability to become a staff member if you show us all the wonderful things about you.
What to expect: If you are not a hard working and dedicated person then staffing is not right for you. We expect nothing but the highest quality and standards from our entire staff team. Slackers are not welcome here. We are solvers of problems and people with a good can do kind of attitude.
Truthfulness and Honesty: Honesty within the staff applications. Don't go around saying "I'm actually Owner's, Sister's, Son's Friend" don't make up random pieces of information that you think may help you. Lying will only make your application less appealing and also reflect you as a non-trustworthy player. If we find out you lied about your age or any part of your application you will be auto denied and no longer be able to submit another application.
Activity and Dedication: Make sure your forum posts are helpful and positive. The more forum active you are the better your chances of being accepted. Make sure your posts are good quality posts. The better quality your forum posts the better your odds of being accepted. However, if you spam post hi or xD or some random thing that will greatly diminish you odds of getting accepted.

REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to record in at-least 480p
- We ask you to be able to record in 480p+ to ensure that the evidence of punishments is sufficient enough, we cannot have people taking GIFs as evidence of hacking.
- Filling out the application properly with a decent amount of detail
- We ask that you fill out every section of the application with a good amount of detail, we’re looking for people who are willing to put the extra effort in and show that they want to be part of our staff team.
- The ability to use TeamSpeak and use a decent microphone
- You must have the ability to use TeamSpeak upon request and have a decent quality microphone, this is essential to staff communication.
- Age limit is 14 (Minimal Exceptions)
- We have this age rule in place to ensure our staff is mature and professional. We will make minimal exceptions to this rule and if we find out you lied about your age you will not be allowed to apply again in the future.
- If you're denied accept the fact and work to improve your application don't attack staff about it how would that help?
- Attacking staff members about your application getting declined will reflect negatively on you and will affect your future chances of becoming staff as it shows a lot of immaturity and instability.
- Don't ever ask staff to view or even tell them you have made an application it's a denial just be patient
- Asking/Bugging a member of staff to view of recommend your application will lead to a instant denial, applications are reviewed every Sunday and we want people to show patience, being impatient is a very bad thing.
