Staff benefits

I'm looking online for benefits that could be given to staff, and the wide majority relate to real-life businesses, including stuff such as life insurance and company cars, which in this context are completely ridiculous.

Let's say that we're making a fair amount of money, though we are not paying the Admins. Say that there are 7 admins who need to partake in these benefits.

I'm here asking for ideas. Mine, thus far, are:
- Pizza friday (once a month/ paid for by us)
- Spotify subscription

• Buycraft vouchers: 2 dollars a month for helper or something like that, getting larger as you rise in the staff ranking
• Actual money
• Subscriptions to online services
• For one staff member throughout the whole month who is doing well, a special gift that you feel they want

No; many development teams (and of course other types) use this form of benefit. I've never done it so I don't know the specifics, but you simply fund the food and hang out together over a movie or something.

I think these are some nice ideas! If it were mean giving out the benefits, I might give out gift cards or something similar

stxphen, normally a Pizza Friday would involve meeting together in person and going somewhere like Pizza Hut or Little Caesar's or whatever is available to you and buying/eating pizza. Unless you eat virtual pizza?

You could just give the staff pizza coupons to use, or pay for the delivery to them i guess

He would order a pizza for them, this isn't that hard to comprehend fellas and if they are doing good work theres nothing wrong with ordering a pizza for your hard working employees. When my server was running full strength I would usually run a staff member of the month and take multiple things into account (How many staff reports they were dealing with, how much time they spent on the server and a player vote) and if they won they could receive CS:GO skins, Steam Games, or money up to a certain value depending on the rank they had.

Thank you to everyone who did not supply a sarcastic response regarding virtual pizza ._. - tigglybiggles and Ore0 are exactly right, I would simply give them a coupon (or something of the sort) and use something like our TeamSpeak platform and rabb.it to watch movies; I had thought many would understand this concept as I've seen it fly around quite a lot.

Thank you everyone, your ideas have prompted me to give giftcards/subscriptions to services to the high-up staff members. Also, I will be going with a system such as 'Staff of the Month' where it will be chosen based on several important factors and they could receive some form of gift of their choosing. This entire thread is to get ideas of staff benefits, to keep them motivated, that aren't plain money.
