Hi! I just want to start off by telling people about are server and why you should be staff on it.
My name is 3xW and I am the Manager of MineArcade. We only want the best staff, builders and developers. We have paid L8Games to record on our server plus much more! We are guaranteeing that we get 150 players on release! We are going to release Skywars, Bedwars and Murder mystery on release but we are going to add 25 more minigames when we have a stable player-base!
What roles we are looking for
We are looking for these following roles, we only accept helpers to start off but if you have an amazing application we might push you.- Administrators 2/4
- Moderators 2/5
- Helpers 5/8

Do you have any previous server moderation or leadership experience? If so explain what role you played, what skills/experiences you picked up and how this will help you in your role as a helper.
Have you made any previous applications, if so how many and what is the date of your last one?

3) Agreement -
If accepted as a Helper/Moderator or a Admin, you will follow all rules that have been established for all server staff. As a Helper/Moder or a Admin, you will be expected show activity on the server. We expect you to fulfill your duty in helping and informing our players in any server related issues or concerns. In due time, if improvement and dedication is seen on your behalf, a promotion might be in order for your rank-up among the server Helper. If you are found abusing, hacking or have a certain amount of strikes on your record, you will be demoted from Helper. It may result in a temporary or permanent ban.

4) Staff Guidelines -
Staff Image - It's important that staff maintain responsibility and maturity. Chat spamming, griefing, kick wars, mute wars, etc. should not occur.
Communication - Please, communicate with each other, use the forums. Teamwork is what will keep this server stable.You must actively take part in discussions. Community activeness - Please try to spend at least an hour a day on the server, and 30 minutes on the forums, to keep up with the community. Forums - Please be responsible in the forums, do not flame, insult, or belittle users on the forums. Do not delete threads, lock them. Only delete posts if they're inciting flame wars or are completely irrelevant in an important thread, do not delete them permanently. Player Assistance - If a player is asking for reasonable assistance
