But I am desperately looking for builders and developers.
I am looking for moderators that can help us with building, coding etc. I don't want moderators that only watch hackers(just as admins).
My moderators and administrators need to be helpfull, not just fulfilling their job and leave.
Some server info:
It's minigames with combat. It was a theme park but I needed to convince the owner that the theme park was shit.
So we are planning to do some minigames but we were also expecting a developer to help us with coding. I can code a little bit myself but I can't code myself that much.
I was hoping that then a developer could help me with coding.
We only pay afterwards since maybe some developers could not be the money worth(or builders). It's rare if we pay forwards.
