What's custom about his client?... Isn't he just using mods?

use 5Zig mod.. its what he is using

Oh I forgot to mention that I want this result in 1.11.2
I use 5zig and it currently isn't available for 1.11.2

To be highly honest, I don't have much to do with clients xd. I randomly saw this one and tried to help. You could try 1.11.2 forge then download all the extra's you want. Thats as much help as I can give you xd.
