I am currently developing my own Skyblock server. I need a solid team behind my back to help me out with it. I would also like a community Manager to interview staff, and manage them all. I will be paying staff if we become a decent size server, (Admins and Community Managers) I would also like a Co-Owner, you must have experience and willing to put in funds.
