Vouch: I worked with Aedan awhile back and He proved to be invested into his work. He's a well set out dude and it's worth given him a chance.

I did work with him on exorath, and yes he was difficult, but I now look back at it now, and i think it was for a good reason. He was difficult because he wanted the server to succeed, and unfortunately it's not doing so well due to a few issues. I think given everything I will vouch for this guy,he does care and wants the best for his players and staff alike.

Me and Aedan had a bit of a struggle getting along back in January. But that doesn't take away the time and effort he put into being staff on Prime. I can vouch for Aedan.

Vouch for Aedan, such a professional and a mature dude. You will be out of luck if you don't hire him!

Unfortunately, I wasn't very happy with a moderator position on a server that was very small - there'd be practically nothing for me to do considering I think it's right to leave documents and such up to the manager. I was there to be a moderator but there was nothing to moderate.

I hate to reply to this even though you gave a very valid answer but I just checked you IGN on the server console and /seen you neither comes up with any results. This makes me believe that you never even came on the server so how could you moderate. I am sorry but I will definitely not be working with you again and I advise others not to do it either. Please correct me if I am wrong.

If you could PM me the playerbase and see peak times and such, that'd be great. From the times I were online MC and saw on the server list that no one was online, I may have been incorrect. And again, I didn't want to be a moderator in the first place.

We occasionally have a few players on but if you wanted something to do you could ask any of our staff each has their own job. My point is you did not even bother coming on the server so that's disappointing. What I would expect from a staff member is for them to come on and wait for some time even 5 minutes nobody comes on then leave. You said in your thread you can do administrator/moderator duties yet you didn't want to be a moderator. At the same time, you never said anything about not wanting to be a moderator so there are many things wrong with the way you went about doing things.

Only concern; Some of these servers including his current are lacking players, It does not take much to manage these types of servers. No hate intended. I've been Platform-Admin, Staff Manager, Social media manager, and community manager for the past 3/7 months that I've been with VeltHCF which averages 750-950 players per SOTW and 300-600 mid to end map. I still have trouble doing my job sometimes due to issues. Like I said there is no hate intended for you, or for your server. But it can be extremely harmful to a server and its potential future growth if you get hired or someone hires you due to usually working with smaller servers.

Thank you for your input, Danny. Unfortunately as of now I do not have very large experiences as a Manager of servers or a network. I'll always be working towards larger servers and so in the future I'll be focused more on released, decently large servers so that I earn more experience with more players and more staff to manage and handle.

In my time playing LC, Aedan has proved difficult to work with, extraordinarily immature and extremely disrespectful. As stated on the link I'll post below, he has made jokes about slavery, false banned multiple players, and lied about his age - even after he promised his new age was his "real one", it turned out to be fake. I would highly recommend not using Aedan, as stated for the reasons above.

Ever tried being a stand-up comedian? You'd be a good one (see above link).

DNDW - very immature and untrustworthy user, as well as that I doubt he has any real skill in management / administration.

All of that on LemonCloud happened a year ago. If you weren't so caught up in the the fact that I was demoted I came back and people in the community now enjoy my prescience there, whether they are old or new players.

By the way, what was the necessity of posting this twice on my thread? You already posted it on the first page. Is your goal to screw me over?

Also, I believe if you checked with some of my current clients you might recognize that I possess skills in the administration and management field that make me a great candidate for a server.

What's the biggest PB server you've worked on? 5? Yeah, that doesn't show management skills.

I never made a "joke" about slavery. I don't really understand why people think because I said the word slavery they believed I was joking. A joke is
a thing that someone says to cause amusement or laughter, especially a story with a funny punchline. In no way did I say a joke about slavery.

I've also worked on GodsMC which was a 20+ playerbase server and reaching 50 at peak times.

You also never replied to the fact that you replied with practically the same message twice on my thread. I think it's time for you to head off and stop trashing my thread. If you want to devouch me, devouch and then PM me further. I asked you to PM me yet you decided not to. I'm now done with this argument whether you continue it or not, it's unnecessary.
