Greetings Mc-Market community! My name is Panda, and I am fairly new to the Mc-Market community. (By fairly new, I mean I don't post much on my account). I have come here for one purpose really. I am looking for a Manager position, it does not matter if it is paid or not, I really don't care.
A little about me:
- I work on U.S. time (Eastern Standard to be exact)
- I am 15 years of age
- I have some experience working on servers. I used to be a server owner myself, however I was not very successful at that.
- I have previously been a Head Admin and a Moderator. (Both servers are down or I have unknown whereabouts of what happened to them, so sadly I will not be able to give any physical proof. I do not keep in touch with the owner also anymore.)
Now, you may ask... What can "I" bring to YOUR server that will ensure a great community, and promote staff to do well, and to keep staff morals high? I can... - Assist in promoting/demoting staff who are not doing their jobs properly
- Hiring new potential staff members for servers/assist any forum work
- Work on ways to advertise the server (via social medias or any recruitment site)
- Teach new staff members how to do their specific role/job
-Assist in scheduling new events
-Assist in plugin help (Deciding which will work best, or what will improve the community)
