Staff Core/Utilities (Spigot 1.16.5) [DEVELOPER FOUND]

Hey,

I’m in need of a staff core for a single paper spigot 1.16.5 server, preferably one that has the following features:

• Staff Join/Leave Messages
• Staff Chat
• Admin Chat
• Ability to create other staff channels
• Report feature (/report <player> [reason]))
• Request feature (/request <reason>)
• A menu to view a players reports/requests, resolve them upon clicking, viewing the date of the report, and etc.
• Staff Mode (Utils: Launch forward, Inspect Inventory, Better View, Freeze, Random TP, Vanish, and you must be able to fly with this mode enabled.)
• Chat Filter System (Add words, filter IPs, and etc)
• Build Mode (A feature that operators/people with * perms can enable/disable in order to avoid breaking blocks/placing them.)
• Disable/Enable certain staff messages with setting that opens a GUI
• A staff logging system to see when staff members enter vanish, freeze players, enters staff mode, leaves staff mode, and the status’ of staff members.
• A status feature staff members to be either “Online” or “Idle” in the GUI for “Online Staff”.
• Online Staff GUI must include: Staff member & rank, status, coordinates, and world.
• Luckperms & PlaceholderAPI support (if possible)
• A feature to disable staff messages, alerts, and hidestaff who are vanished. Preferably in a GUI.
• A feature to hide staff members who are in mod mode or vanished. (/hidestaff)

Additionally, I’m looking for customizability too. Prices can be negotiated in DMs if needed, but i’m wondering how much developers are willing to accept. Requirements:

• At least 2+ years experience with Java
• Minimum of 2+ years experience with Spigot & Bukkit API
• Must be able to communicate accordingly, especially for something plugin related.
• Must have a good reputation
• Must be comfortable with fixing/patching any glitches or bugs.
• Must send a video/a series of gifs of the plugin working
• Must be able to use Discord
