*Alright so; I'm currently 17 years old, in high school. So my basis of this post is going to be in basic formatting because ..shit, its looks okay and I do it for school assignments as well.. So let's begin. (Ignore my run on sentences im typing this as close to how I speak in person. No one takes short breaths/breaks between two thoughts then continues.. so yeah)
*Looking for any staff position Moderator or higher, I don’t want to be the doormat greeter. I'm looking for a more intricate spot (Admin; manager; Staff Manager.. Etc) helpers are 'helpful' but "that’s not where my abilities lye" (wink). I'm looking for something exciting, and really included in the server itself. I want to be a definitive part. Is this pushing the boundaries and probably coming off too strong? Probably, but that's what some people need and are looking for that so lets do it, I'm serious about what I do
*Side note: My non intended sarcasm and comic relief is strong so don’t take it as me being "childish" or "immature", its me staying sane while typing this proposal. If anything it should show I'm how not an emotionless robot (sneak diss to boring staff).
*I'm not doing this the ordinary way, no "tabs to fill out" bull. I'm going to explain my experiences and how they can benefit your server. If you have a more specific question ask it in PMS or a response to the forum.

THE START:
This post may even be a shot in the dark, may get no responses, and it will be a waste of time, that I was already wastingto procrastinate my socratic seminar notes for my English class tomorrow but hey; a little hope never hurt anyone ;]
*ANYWAYS! I've been around on minecraft an embarrassing long amount of time, and ive been in every community of this game you could ever imagine. Therefore: I know my way around the players. Not only them either.. The: commands, the server backends, the moody mothersarguing about paying for ranks in the first place, the angry fathers obnoxiously emailing you for a refund, the many-step chargebacks, the spam bots, the kiss ups, the top dog donators that bully others, setting up crates that never dispense anything good lol..etc.. Etc, ETC! I could go on for pages on for what I've dealt with but let'sfocus on more direct staff aspects that I've been exposed to and how I've performed.
SO! Not to toot my own horn but I've been pretty successful as a staff member on some pretty exclusive servers, and I've met some pretty important people, so as cool as I may seem in text I do back it up in work and dedication as well ;]
STAFF EXPERIENCE:
*REACTIVE MC; RMC
On Reactive MC (now MineSuperior) from about November of 2013 to early March of 2014 I had progressedthroughout the ranks on the OP-Prison server and the Creativeserverto an Admin or higher. I feel that I excelled above other because I was sociable, I didn’t log on to just "staff at people". I was on to enjoy myself just as much as others while still holding my code of conduct to keep the server running safely and orderly. I knew my boundaries when talking to those higher than me as well. As strong headed as I am, and ill support my ideas heavily but I know when to assert my opinions and when to leave it alone.
*RMC CHAPTER 2:
I had become global to an extent and had never encountered an issue as staff, I was network wide, and jumping all over the place trying to contribute something to as much as I could, and I did. It was a strain but it was fun at the same time, so it wasn't a chore. Then in lateAugust of 2015 I was promoted to a Manager of RMC. The title wasn’t exclusive but I managed 4 of 7.5servers (The ½ being a dead faction server lol)as well as solo-owning 3 of those (Creative, Op-Prison, and Skywars). Now this isn't me jabbering in the open about me being staff here and there, proof and vouches will be provided at the bottom, and hell some of you may know/remember me.
*MINEVENTURE MMORPG:
Mineventure; I was hired as the Staff Manager and this server that was originally joined with badlion as an open map MMORPG. A few strands fell away but the server as a whole is still a go. There is not currently an open server but the investment thread and the whole spielon that amazing project is here on MC market as well. As some of you may think "why include a server that’s not up yet" I think it's still vital to my staff experiences. Just being in the skype chat alone, talking to those involved; like Head Minplex devs, and badlion leadership, changed my outlook on professional server management and staff. Already I've learned social skills talking to staff, and higher ranked member of the team. Let alone I was in on what goes on backside of all of it; dedi management, texture, map, and plugin development. Though those things may not be directly related to "staff" it's all relevant because everything is tiedtogether on a server itself, and hey.. knowledge is power too. If I can help out in any aspect that’s needed I will.
I've been staff on a largerHCF Server (SimplyHCF) and other small project I'm not sure if they are necessarily important. More can be described later if needed.
THE END:
*So we're at the end of this almost train wreck proposal of a "pick me up" Staff app. But here's what I want to get across. I can only do so much at one time, so depending on how extravagant a server is will determine how many servers I'll take on. I don't need money, it would be nice, and it would make it worth my time and dedication a bit more; but that’s not why I directly want to get back into staff roles. I enjoy it. The cheesy 1 liner on EVERY staff app "I love helping people" BUT I CANT NOT SAY IT! Im loyal, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and willed. That’s what a server needs, and that’s what I can provide as staff.
