Maybe fix that reputation first. Otherwise people will always not feel safe completing any work for any project that has you in it.

Jabbolll, I suggest you work on making your post somewhat detailed. If someone wants a position on your server when they know absolutely nothing about it, chances are they're a staff hunter.

The more effort you sprinkle onto your post, the more effort your staff are going to throw in simply because competent staff only work for servers that have what it takes to succeed.

Don't take these to heart and please work on that if you're serious about the server! Good luck
