[Introduction]​

Hey there, first I want to thank you for checking out this forums post I made tonight. You are probably wondering what 4 Servers, 4Teams of Staff mean. Well that's easy. Basically, I had a concept to have some people run some servers for me. By this I mean, I will be hiring a team of staff for the variety of our servers. The Staff teams will then help run the server alongside the Developer coding it as we bring new ideas and uniqueness to them. With that said, let's cut to the chase and the real deal for what we are all waiting for. And yes, I did say we need Staff.
By now you are probably asking "Wait, if the developers are coding/running the servers with staff, what do you do?"

[My Role]​

I play a very vital role within all this. Basically, I have some funds to get these projects going but I am going to need your help. I'm here to help out with anything from Plugins to Hosting. I also bring out most of the ideas and suggestions that you will soon see within our Variety or Similar and Original Games.

This job would be very important to me because I care about other people and I want to be seen as a dutiful person, one who can help with anything. I value my given tasks and I want to prove I can complete them within a provided time frame. I am also very professional with my work ethics and I would show quality work in helping with a server.

Yes, I have been administrators on three servers, moderator on one, helper on three.

7.) *Have you ever managed a server / network before?

I have helped my friend manage his server when he started and I helped him build onto his work and provide him with knowledge so if I am not available, he can do it himself. The server was called DarkCraft and I was Head-Administrator.

8.) *Would you still want this job even if it had high stress?

I have could persistence and you can put it to the test. I can try my very best not to crumple under pressure because my school holidays just started and since I am doing high studies now, I may be a bit inactive, but still be able to spend around 2 hours everyday helping with anything you need.

9.) *How many hours are you willing to dedicate a day/week?

On days that I am completely free, I can spend up to 4 hours helping administrate. On school days, I can only help out so much that I may be only able to spend and hour or 2 a day, but I won't play, I will just get straight to work.

You can trust me because I have had good experiences of being staff on servers and I know that I am a capable admin.
I only try to achieve the best in what I do and I want to keep aiming higher. I have noticed that many staff, especially administrators, lack clear knowledge of what they are going to be achieving within the time frame that they been allocated. I will be able to prove that I can cooperate with my fellow staff politely and not be vulgar with my choices of words. I will not argue or create a ruckus because of some conflict. I will try my best to resolve it and not stretch the problem to make it worse.

I am a fun-loving person with a positive attitude to get straight to work without any major distraction. I only strive to make any community better by helping. I also have great perseverance and I am able to keep going even if there is someone bugging me very badly. I am an open-minded person and I accept any feedback or comments relating to anything. I am friendly, and willing to help always.

As a person, I am ebullient, creative, courteous, intelligent and intuitive. I use these terms to describe myself and the sort of person I am. Apart from that, can help with plugin configuration, development and anything required of me. I can help set up forums for the server or using BungeeCord to join servers together.

13.) Anything else that we should know that may earn this application some consideration points?

I am not the best builder so do not count on me for that. I can help with back-end administrating, but my primary job is Front-end administrating.

I have been looking for something to invest my time into and working for a server seems like a good thing to work on.

I have been a Moderator of a network with an average of 70-120 players so I know all the basics of what a server would be looking for in a staff member.

I have never managed a server or network but am very interested in doing so .

Things on the internet rarely gets to my emotions. If you mean high stress as in players constantly asking for help I can easily deal with things like this with ease and without a problem.

I am able to dedicate at least two hours a day for the server as I have a lot of spare time for the majority of the year until spring sports starts.

I am decently reputable in these forums and I can assure you that I am very dedicated in things that I am apart of voluntarily.
