Staff for FifaMC

Hello,
I'm the current manager of FifaMC, our release is right around the corner and we are needing staff to join us with moderating the server. FifaMC is an upcoming gamemode like Fifa. The server is custom coded, to keep the uniqueness on point. We are not like any other server out there. For our release we are going to need some staff.

Note: We have the server open for people to check out, but we are planning to do a lot of advertisement leading up to the release date. Once the first video gets posted, we will whitelist the server.

May I ask what our actual job will be? Moderating chat, I'm pretty sure this is a football gamemode but what do we actual do like watch hackers? A bit more detail would help -

We are eventually expanding to a network with many other minigames, but for now we are looking for people who basically moderate chat, and play around on the server. There may be a hacker every now and then, but I doubt it until we get very large. You wouldn't have to dedicate nearly as many hours as a HCF server or whatnot until we grow. It has been uploaded on the creators channel for a while now. I think it's fine.

Admins would work a little bit more off the server, making sure everything is alright, helping players with rank issues etc.

Is the server getting advertised? How can we know the server will be growing and not dying? Is the staffteam mature (I personally prefer professional and mature teams)?

The server is getting advertised. We will do our best to get the word out there and have a steady playerbase, and we will only hire the best of the best staff members.
