Staff for FTB 1.7.10, 1.10.2

I have a hub already set up and has been going for a couple months. I have exactly zero players.....lol

I would like to get staff and ways to get players to come play and stay.

I am in the process of getting DW20 1.10.2 setup with sponge, could use a little help with this, plugins and work with bungeecord.
