Hello. This is Jarvet, one of the Staff Managers in HoneyCubeMC. We are currently recruiting mature and active Staff Members to assist us. HoneyCubeMC is an upcoming Minecraft Skyblock server with a bunch of features, it is released on 7th July and we are expecting to have a decent amount of player base (We also have a Youtuber in a contract). Please read down below for more information about the application.
Requirements for Helper & Sr.Moderator:
-Must have the minimum age of 14.
-Active on different platforms.
-Must be able to spend at least 1.5 hours of staffing in-game.
-Must have a Discord account to attend a voice interview.
-Able to be patient and willing to learn in the community.
-Highly mature and have the ability to tackle difficult situations.
Requirements for Head Moderator
-Must have the minimum age of 15.
-Active on different platforms.
-Must be able to spend at least 2.5 hours of staffing in-game and always online on Discord
-Must have a Discord account to attend a voice interview.
-Able to be patient and willing to learn in the community.
-Highly mature and have the ability to tackle difficult situations.
- Experienced in Staff leadership
As a helper, your main duties are enforcing rules on different platforms, and assist players with simple issues. Helper will be watched and guided during their 1-month trial, then get promoted if he shows that he is capable of handling the workload. However, if your application impresses us, you may start off with Helper+.
As a Senior Moderator, your main duties are keeping our server clean and providing mentoring to new Helpers. For Head- Moderator, you are basically a mini-leader for all staff lower than your position. You are required to deal with ban appeals as well as provide immediate support to the Staff Team and the community.
You can either submit a resume or attend a voice interview to be hired. In some special cases, we may require applicants to finish both tasks. More will be discussed in Discord.
