Staff for InfusionHCF!

Hey, I'm iCause.

I'm here today to look for staff for my Server, InfusionHCF, Releasing on the 20TH of August at 6PM GMT, 1PM EST. Here's the trailer.




Now all good servers need staff. We're expecting 60+ players at SOTW with YouTubers such as xRiguy, ZEBACCA, ElTrollino and more!

As the server is releasing tomorrow, I'll make a small format.

I do but I do not use skype alot of if there is a Teamspeak I would preferably use that more than anything!

Sadly no, many places are not willing to take me on and show me how to use the plugins, but I believe I have a brief understanding of the commands and plugins that will be used.
/kick - /mute - /tempmute - /ban - /tempban - /staff - /v - /tp - /tphere - (There is just some of the commands that I know off.

• How many hours daily can you dedicate to InfusionHCF?

I can dedicate around 4-5 hours daily as It's the summer holiday's still! But as soon as school comes back around 3-4 hours daily as this is my last year in highschool I am going to try revise a lot more than I ever have.

• Have you been banned on any major server before? If so, why?

I have not been banned of any big server's only little ones either asking question's to the owners as they get salty and ban me if I correct them.

• Why should you be staff on InfusionHCF?

I feel like I would be a good member of the staff team. I am not perfect no one is, I like to keep positive and I like to make the sad/annoying situation's turning positive.
I am always willing to learn and if there is a goal for the day I am willing to try my best and dedicate my time towards this task to complete it.
I like to have a laugh and I can take a joke so if someone roasts me I don't feel bothered I just go along with it.
But I also know when to take a situation seriously. I am a fast users who trying to getting something done.
I also am going to be dedicating alot of my time towards the server as I feel like if I play on it and if some off the other members are away on holiday and some are inactive I can always join and check. I will always join and check if there is any staff on, unless the server is down.

• What can you bring to InfusionHCF?

I can bring my self. I do not know much about coding/graphics, but I am able to active on forums reading applications giving feedback to the user. I am not one to get soft to people who either do not follow the rules or who do not do something correctly. I also understand when people try to make something up, I will be able to let them down
easily.

• Do you have screen-sharing knowledge?

(Please note this is one of the section I'm unsure on) I would pull the user into Team-speak if I have suspicion the user is cheating. I would ask the user to open a Join.me then I would ask him to press "f3" so I can see what version of minecraft they are using. I would then going into snooper settings to see if the version is correct there. After i've check what version it is I would make the user open his resource pack folder so I do not see any miscellaneous files in this folder and/or I will also check if this user has a X-Ray resource pack. Then once I've done this I will make this user open his "Mod" folder is they have one. I will make sure the file sizes are correct. (In the 20-200KB)

I will understand once seen and if I see anything suspicious I would compare mine toward it to make sure they are some what identical (I understand they are not going to be the same). Once i've done this I will make the user going into his version folder to check if there is a hacked client inside there (.jar) once I've done that I would make the user check his most up to date logs to see if he has done anything in game as the logs show that the user has changed a setting in his ghost client/hacked client. I know I would check his skype received files and his TS3 files.

(This is all I understand from Screensharing, i hope to learn alot more.

Any past HCF Moderating experience? I currently do not have any past Moderating experience on a HCF server. Do let this push you away though. I have had over 1000+ hours of Moderating experience. I started Moderating around when I started Minecraft so around two years ago. I don't really remember the "small" servers that did not have any players. Minecraft servers I have Moderated is LavishPvP, DedicatedPvP, ZestyPvP and a bunch more that I don't remember there name. I have Moderated and been an Admin on a game called Unturned on one of the biggest Networks named LYHME. It had over 300+ players all times and five servers.

How many hours daily can you dedicate to InfusionHCF? Well, on the weekends I can dedicate up to 7 hours a day. During the weekdays I can probably dedicate 1-4 hours of Moderating chat. This is due to me having quite a busy schedule. I play Soccer and this can cause me not to get online on Tuesdays and Thursday because of been exhausted. Other real life issues can affect my hours.

Have you been banned on any major server before? If so, why? Yes, I have been banned off numerous big servers. The main reason I was banned from all these big servers was Hacking. Now at one stage I had got bored of Minecraft and I felt there was nothing to do. So what I decided to do was Hack and that kept me going on Minecraft for a few more months before I took a temporary break. Since then I have pretty much stopped hacking. Another reason I started hacking was because of the people I was hanging around.

  Why should you be staff on InfusionHCF? I feel that I should become a staff member on InfusionHCF because of the following reasons. I enjoy Moderating and I have had many hours of Moderating on servers. I love interacting with players and talking to them. My personality can be fun and bubbly at times. When Moderating I take my job very seriously and do not mess around. In my opinion I feel that I'm mature and can handle situations appropriately. I'm a fast learner and can adapt to my environment quickly. I am very dedicated staff member and will assist someone in the best way I can.
  
  What can* (Spelling error) you bring to InfusionHCF? I can bring a lot to InfusionHCF. I can bring in a friendly environment for all players to enjoy their time. I have loads of suggestions to make Infusion a better server and make it more successful. With my Moderating experience I could help new staff members with not a lot of experience to adapt and explain everything to them. I can Moderate the servers and make sure the players are having best time they can either through the quality of the server or staff. In conclusion I could make it a overall better place.
  
  Do you have screen-sharing knowledge? Yes, I have quite a bit of screen-sharing knowledge. I use to screen-share at the following servers, LavishPvP, ZestyPvP and LYHME. Depending on what I suspect them of using is what I shall do. So if I suspect them of a hack client. I will check the following.. I would make them type .help and -help after this I would ask them to go to there versions folder. I would check and see if I see an obvious hack client. If they have a Optifine I will check the size. If they have a Mods folder I'll go through that looking for any hack clients with their size etc.. If I suspect them of AutoClicker then I'll ask them to go to a certain site and see if they can get the same CPS.
