Staff for InfusionMC Network!

Hello! My name is iCause and I own a network called "InfusionMC Network."
I am here looking for staff, I will be recruiting half or less of the staff on MCM, the other half will be recruited on the forums, you can view the forums here : forum.infusionmc.net

InfusionMC will consist of 2 servers. [3 including hub.] These servers are Semi-OP Factions and HCF. The network at first will just be HCF due to some technical issues with Semi-OP Factions but we will be sure to introduce it to the network ASAP.

We will be watching and if you say you play 3+ hours a day and you can't even contribute 1 hour, we'll know you lied. We do NOT accept liars into the staff team. We take this very seriously and do not want liars wasting our time.
Have you ever been banned on a major server before : If so, why : As I've stated, DO NOT LIE. Just because you've been banned on Mineplex for hacking or something, we still will accept you into the staff team if we think you've learned your lesson. If you say you've never been banned on a major server and we find out 2 weeks later you have been, you will be demoted. Don't waste our time.
Have you ever had any past moderation experience : Pretty simple. Just tell us if you've had any moderation experience. If you haven't, doesn't matter, maybe InfusionMC could be your first chance to become a staff rank!
What do YOU think YOU can bring to InfusionMC : Be unique. Don't say, "Moderating Skillz." Say something that we think could improve the server.
Any extra information : If you say no, you will be probably 30% less likely to be accepted. Try and make this application stand out by stating something unique.

On Week-days I will be on for around 6 hours a day, but on week-ends I will be on for around 12 hours.
Have you ever been banned on a major server before? If so, why?
I have not been banned on a major server or a small server.
Are you able to record?
I can record in good quality.
Have you ever had any past moderation experience?
I have owned around 2 servers in the past they have gone well but have closed because off lack of players and donations. I was previously Helper on TheArchon and I didn't get kicked I resigned because I didn't feel like I was meant there so, I resigned. I have recently left PvPingMC because I wanted to start somewere fresh and I hope here is somewhere.
What do YOU think YOU can bring to InfusionMC?
I can bring not only my experience but full dedication towards the server it will be like a new home for me, I will not step out of line no matter what is happening. I will act mature and be a good roll model to anyone who wants to become staff of just someone who wants to look up to a staff. I will try my best no matter what!

Do you have Skype / TeamSpeak? I have both Skype and TeamSpeak along with a microphone.

What time are you most often on and how many hours can you contribute? I usually stay up very late(past 12:00 AM), so I sleep till around 10-11 am in the morning. I wouldn't want to truly give a time that I am on most often as I am on for the whole day generally. I can contribute easily 20+ hours a week.

Have you ever been banned on a major server before? If so, why? No. I have never been banned on any major/large servers.

Are you able to record? Yes. I currently have a microphone and OBS software. So I am perfectly capable of recording.

Have you ever had any past moderation experience? I was staff on a few servers long ago. I have also owned a couple of servers and know how players can act. I would say I am very good when it comes to many crucial situations dealing with problems involving staff and players.

What do YOU think YOU can bring to InfusionMC? I am very good at managing many aspects of servers. I also bring the experience and capability of a very great staff member. My work ethic is very high and I am very motivated to any server I represent. Overall, many owners can agree that staff members represent their server whether it be in a positive way or not. A bad staff member does not represent a server in a good or positive way. That is why I strive to be as polite, calm, and mature as possible.
